Yes! Florida law allows Remote Online Notarization, and these notarizations are legally recognized nationwide. Many states accept Florida RON notarizations, and they are valid for federal and interstate use.

What do I need for an online notarization?

✔ A valid government-issued ID (Driver’s license, passport, or state ID)
✔ A stable internet connection
✔ A computer, tablet, or smartphone with a camera and microphone
✔ Your document ready to upload and sign

How long does the notarization take?

Most notarizations are completed in 10–15 minutes per document. The process is quick and efficient, allowing you to get your documents notarized same-day without leaving your home or office.

How much does an online notarization cost?

Basic Notarization – $25 (1 document, 1 signer, no witnesses)
Standard Package – $50 (Up to 3 documents, 2 signers, 1 witness included)
Premium Package – $100 (Up to 5 documents, 3 signers, 2 witnesses included)

Additional fees:
Extra Signer: +$10 each
Extra Witness: +$25 each

Can I have multiple signers in different locations?

Yes! We can accommodate multiple signers in different locations as long as everyone has a valid ID and access to a device with a camera. Each signer will join the secure notarization session from their own device.

Do I need a witness for my notarization?

Some documents require witnesses. If you don’t have one, we can provide one for $25 per witness. Our Standard and Premium packages include witness services at no extra charge.

What happens after my document is notarized?

Once the notarization is complete, you’ll receive a digitally signed and sealed document that you can download instantly. This document is legally valid and can be emailed or printed as needed.

What if I need a physical copy of my notarized document?

We provide instant digital copies, but if you require a hard copy, we can mail it to you for an additional fee. Contact us for pricing details.
